I have been here several times and usually save it for special occasions because it is one of the few places that still has tablecloths and the fine old world service. The food is usually outstanding although this last visit left me a a little… ||| Dinner for three in small but nicely appointed French Cafe and Bar in the Uptown area near Houston’s Galleria was very pleasant.
