Last night we had another outstanding dining experience with the terrific Jonathan’s The Rub on Gaylord in Houston. The ambiance is great, packed as usual, staff has it all under control leaving diners cool, happy and well fed. Now the important stuff, food and drink;… ||| The appetizers we ordered were excellent: gumbo was very good. Dinner meat entrees were pretty dry and while the presentation was lovely, the meat underneath was hard to chew. We should have sent them back, given them another chance, but alas we didn’t because of…
