A big, intensely flavored dark ale that ends with a warming, bittersweet finish. || Avery Ellie’s Brown Ale, Avery Brewing, Boulder, CO 5.5% ABV American Brown Ale. This beautiful, deep russet brew has the sweet and somewhat nutty character of Adam Avery’s late (1992-2002) Chocolate Lab, for which it is named. Chocolate malt gives this beer a brown sugar maltiness with hints of vanilla and nuts, while subtle hopping gives it an overall drinkability that’s second to nonejust like Ellie! || Ballast Point Pale Ale, Ballast Point Brewing Company, San Diego, CA 5.2% ABV K??lsch. Skillfully crafted in the style of the Kolsch beers of Cologne, Germany. We’ve chosen German hops for aroma, and rounded out the recipe with a blend of American and German malts. While it is very much like a pilsner, our Pale Ale is fermented at ale temperatures, giving it a subdued fruitiness; a perfect compliment to the crispness of the wheat and maltiness of the Munich malt. If you like a lighter brew but also like the complexity of craft beers, then our Pale Ale is for you. || Belching Beaver Peanut Butter Milk Stout, Belching Beaver Brewing, Vista, CA 5.3% ABV Sweet Stout, Pint. Our Peanut Butter Milk Stout is simply irresistible. It’s like dark chocolate Reese’s in a glass! Rolled oats and Lactose add to the creamy body of this beer while heavenly aromas of roasted buttery peanuts and chocolate greet you with every sip. Try this out with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a real treat! || Bell’s Midwestern Pale Ale, Bell’s Brewery, Kalamazoo, MI 5.2% ABV American Pale Ale. Brewed with barley from our farm in central Michigan, Midwestern Pale Ale stands apart from the model of completely hop-dominated pale ales, offering a noticeable degree of malt body to counter the hop bitterness. A blend of floral & herbal hop notes provide the aromatic & flavor highlights, alongside the distinctive contribution of our house ale yeast. A crisp bitterness finishes the experience without being harsh. || Benchmark Feral Child, Benchmark Brewing Co., San Diego, CA 4.0% ABV Berliner Weisse. This traditional German Berliner Weisse is tart and refreshing, the lemonade of beer. || Boulevard Calling IPA, Boulevard Brewing Company, Kansas City, MO 8.5% ABV American IPA. The Calling is an undeniable IPA we were driven to make. It’s our tribute to like-minded dreamers, adventurous spirits, and glass half-full optimists. It’s also our most heavily hopped beer ever, bursting forth with unmistakable tropical fruit and pine hop aromas and flavor supported with a slightly sweet malt character, tapering to a crisp, dry finish. Heed your call and enjoy. || Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale, Boulevard Brewing Company, Kansas City, MO 8.5% ABV Saison. Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that’s just a bit persnickety. Here at Boulevard we have fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish. || Coronado Mermaid’s Red Ale, Coronado Brewing Company, Coronado, CA 5.4% ABV American Amber Ale. A well balanced, medium-to full bodied beer, red in color and very flavorful. The red color and slight caramel-roasted flavor comes from generous amounts of caramel malts and a touch of chocolate malts. Well hopped to balance the malty sweetness, and dry-hopped with cascade for a full hop flavor and aroma. || Deschutes Pinedrops IPA, Deschutes Brewery, Bend, OR 6.5% ABV American IPA. This lively IPA delivers a crisp and light malt body with ample citrus and pine notes from Chinook and Equinox hops. Inspired by the aromas and silence we experience when exploring the scenic pine forests just up the road from our brewhouse. || Fall 2 Am Bike Ride Nitro, Fall Brewing Co., San Diego, CA 5.0% ABV American Stout. A fairly strong, highly roasted dark stout with pronounced bitterness. || Fall Speedo’s Tiki Love God English Brown Ale,Fall Brewing Co., San Diego, CA 4.7% ABV London Brown Ale. A rich and sweet dark brown ale with caramel and toffee comlexity. || Green Flash Citra Session IPA, Green Flash Brewing Co., San Diego, CA 4.5% ABV American IPA. Dominated by the Citra hops introduced throughout the boil and again in the dry hop for maximum aroma intensity. Notes of lemon, orange and grapefruit make this hop-laden brew a perfectly potable summer session IPA. || Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple, Brouwerij Van Steenberge, Ertvelde, Belgium 10.7% ABV Abt/Quadrupel. Strong and richly malty sweet with low bitterness and noticeable alcohol. || Hangar 24 Barrel Roll Series: No. 4 – Hammerhead, Hangar 24 Brewery, Redlands, CA 13.9% ABV American Barleywine. A very strong ale with hop character, rich malt flavors, and prevalent alcohol with a very long finish. || Knee Deep Simtra Triple IPA, Knee Deep Brewing, Lincoln, CA 11.25% ABV Triple IPA. Simtra Triple IPA delivers a punch in the face with its very danky hop aroma derived from Simcoe and Citra hops. You wanted more hops you got them. || Krombacher Pils, Krombacher Brauerei, Kreuztal, Germany 4.8% ABV German Pils. A Premium Pilsener beer of acknowledged high and exclusive product quality and is brewed as natural as no other Pilsener beer. Brewed only with natural spring water, which guarantees a particular full flavor and fresh taste. || Left Hand Oktoberfest, Left Hand Brewing Company, Longmont, CO 6.6% ABV M??rzen. Brewed in late spring and cellared throughout the summer, our Oktoberfest is produced through traditional methods as it has been for centuries in Germany. This copper-hued lager owes its rich malt flavor to a generous combination of malts. Cool, open-fermentation develops a subtle elegance and drinkability suited to any festive occasion. || Maui Coconut Porter, Maui Brewing Co., Lahaina, HI 6.0% ABV American Porter. Coconut Porter is a classic robust porter spiced with all natural toasted coconut. It is black in color and crowned with a creamy, dark tan head. It begins with a malty-toasted-coconut aroma followed by a rich, silky mouthfeel with tastes of dark malt, chocolate, and hints of coffee. It then finishes with flavors of toasted coconut and hoppy spice to balance the finish. || Mother Earth Blonde, Mother Earth Brewing, Kinston, NC 4.8% ABV || Palm Belgian Pale Ale, Brouwerij Palm NV, Londerzeel, Belgium 5.4% ABV Belgian Pale Ale. A somewhat fruity and easy drinking Belgian ale which is less aggressive than many other Belgian beers || Refuge Blood Orange Wit, Refuge Brewery, Temecula, CA 5.0% ABV Witbier. The freshest tasting and easiest drinking beer in our lineup, and it also happens to be the best selling. By using over 200lbs of fresh blood oranges in every batch, we end up with a beer that explodes with flavor yet balances it’s sweetness with just a pinch of tartness. It’s this balance combined with an extraordinarily light wheat body that makes this brew perfect for any occasion, any time of the year. || Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider Revival, Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider, Portland, OR 6.0% ABV Other Specialty Cider/Perry. A refreshing drink with wine-like apple flavors. || Stone 19th Anniversary Thunderstruck IPA, Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA 8.7% ABV Double IPA. This double IPA owes its considerable oomph to a quartet of Australian hops-Topaz and Galaxy, plus newcomers Ella and Vic Secret. We also had Fairview malt shipped in from Australia just for this brew. The beer’s striking tropical fruit, citrus and peach hop flavors and slightly resinous and aromatically dank earthiness are sure to electrify your senses. || Stone Enjoy By 10.31.15 IPA, Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA 9.4% ABV Double IPA. This exquisite liquid patchwork of more than a dozen hops is a devastatingly fresh double IPA. Freshness is a key component of many beers especially big, hoppy IPAs but we’ve taken it further, a lot further, with this one. We brewed this IPA specifically NOT to last. We’ve gone to extensive lengths to ensure you get your hands on this beer within an extraordinarily short window, and we’ve sent a very clear message in the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right NOW to enjoy this IPA! || Stone IPA On Nitro, Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA 6.9% ABV American IPA. By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it. || Sudwerk Hefeweizen, Sudwerk Brewing Co, Davis, CA 4.5% ABV Weissbier. A refreshing German-style wheat beer with high carbonation, a fluffy mouthfeel, and a dry finish. || The Bruery Cuivre 7th Anniversary, The Bruery, Placentia, CA 16.2% ABV Old Ale. The traditional 7th anniversary gift is copper, so we’ve named our 7th anniversary ale “Cuivre” which is “copper” in French. Cuivre is loosely brewed in the English-style Old Ale tradition using our house Belgian yeast strain and then blended using the solera method. A portion of each of our anniversary ales is saved in our barrels and blended in with the next year’s production, providing more complexity and depth of character that comes with age. Layered with complex flavors of dark fruit, vanilla, oak, and burnt sugar, Cuivre is a robust ale, surely the perfect beer to mark this major milestone. || Victory Dirtwolf, Victory Brewing Company, Downingtown, PA 8.7% ABV Double IPA. Darkly heroic, Humulus Lupulus (hops) have empowered brews with bite and character since the 11th century. DirtWolf is a tribute to these untamed vines which rise from the earth with the voracity of a “wolf among sheep.” Hops have made an assertive comeback in American craft brewing. Revel in the best U.S. varieties of hops, in their natural, whole flower form, as they bring a vital, pungent reality to the soul of a wild element in our dangerously satisfying DirtWolf Double IPA. || Victory Brewing Company, Downingtown, PAVictory Headwaters Ale, 5.2% ABV American Pale Ale. A moderate, refreshing ale with noticeable hop aroma balanced by supporting malt flavors. Beer || Arrogant Bastard Ale – American Strong Ale ?ú 7.2% ABV ?ú 100.0 IBU Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA. This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality or depth. We would suggest you stick to more familiar territory – maybe something with a multi-million dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that its tasteless fizzy yellow beer will give you more sex appeal. || 5.0 Brooklyn Brown Ale, American Brown Ale – 5.6% ABV – 30.0 IBU Brooklyn Brewery, Brooklyn, NY. This is the original American Brown Ale, going boldly where no stateside brewer had gone before. Brooklyn Brown Ale started as a holiday release in the early days of the brewery but quickly proved too popular to remain as a limited release. Taking notes from Brown Ale’s British roots, the beer picks up a strong American accent through its firm hop character and roasty palate. A blend of six malts takes center stage, giving the beer its deep russet-brown color and complex flavors. Hints of cocoa, your favorite coffee, and caramel swirl beneath a delicate dry-hopped veil of dark fruity aromas. Brooklyn Brown Ale is perfect with any red meat, roasted poultry or barbecue, though it’s also a favorite on its own. || 6.0 Dogfish Head Punkin Ale, Fruit and Spice Beer – 7.0% ABV – 28.0 IBU Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Milton, DE. A full-bodied brown ale with smooth hints of pumpkin and brown sugar. We brew our Punkin Ale with pumpkin meat, brown sugar and spices. As the season cools, this is the perfect beer to warm up with. Punkin Ale is named after the seriously off-centered southern Delaware extravaganza Punkin Chunkin (check out some of these Discovery Channel videos of Punkin Chunkin, you gotta see it to believe it!). In fact, Punkin Ale made its debut as it claimed first prize in the 1994 Punkin Chunkin Recipe Contest. Yes, that was a full 6 months before we even opened our doors for business! Punkin Chunkin has grown in size and scale, with pumpkins now being hurled more than 4,000 feet through the air! If you come down to see if for yourself, drop by and visit us. Since its debut, we’ve brewed Punkin Ale each and every fall. It is released right around Sept. 1 each year. When you find it, grab some extra because it’s usually gone by Thanksgiving. Every Beer Has A Story… here’s Punkin Ale. || Evil Twin Yin, Imperial Stout – 10.0% ABV Evil Twin Brewing, Brooklyn, NYA. big, intensely flavored dark ale that ends with a warming, bittersweet finish. || 5.0 Founders Mosaic Promise, American Pale Ale – 5.5% ABV – 50.0 IBU Founders Brewing Company, Grand Rapids, MI. April 2013 we inked a deal with ArtPrize that made us the official brewery of the competition for the next five years. The premier leadership sponsorship deal included offering our beer at all official ArtPrize events, signage, promotion, merchandise, specialized glassware and other items. It also included permission for us to use the ArtPrize identity marks (logo and graphics) on any co-packaged items, including beer. We plan to release a new beer for each year of our five-year partnership with ArtPrize under the name “Artist Series”. This is year two. Last year’s release was Inspired Artist Black IPA. “Making a unique beer in honor of ArtPrize has become a fun challenge for our brewers,” said Dave Engbers, our co-founder and vice president of brand and education. “This year’s release just fell into place. Ninkasia stained glass ArtPrize submission that showed in our taproom last yearbecame a permanent part of our taproom when we purchased it last year. We knew right away that it would make a perfect label for Mosaic Promise, a beautifully simple beer that we had been experimenting with for some time.” Mosaic Promise showcases a single maltGolden Promiseand a single hopMosaic. The traditional barley’s depth of flavor and the versatility of the hops’ bittering, flavor and aroma characteristics are the strong pillars that comprise the structure of this clean, rich, golden beer. We can brew complex beers with the best of them, but we recognize that there’s also beauty in simplicity. Proceeds from the sale of Mosaic Promise will support the future programming of the ArtPrize organization. ArtPrize is an international art competition, open to any artist and decided by public vote. Its mission is to promote critical dialogue and collaboration through new, creative ideas among a large and diverse population of people. As an innovator in redefining what beer can be, we believe that experimentation is central to the human experiencewhether one experiments with grains and hops or colored glass and light – and that sharing one’s creation with the public is a brave act worth celebrating. || 5.25 Founders Nitro Pale Ale, American Pale Ale – 5.4% ABV – 35.0 IBU Founders Brewing Company, Grand Rapids, MI. A moderate, refreshing ale with noticeable hop aroma balanced by supporting malt flavors. || Freetail Original, American Amber Ale – 6.8% ABV – 38.0 IBU Freetail Brewing Co., San Antonio, TX. A moderate, hoppy beer with a distinct caramel malty flavor. || 6.0 Great Divide Hercules Double IPA, Double IPA – 10.0% ABV – 85.0 IBU Great Divide Brewery, Denver, CO. Hercules Double IPA is not for the faint of heart. It is, however, fit for the gods. Hercules delivers a huge amount of hops from start to finish. Its hefty backbone of nutty, malty sweetness balances its aggressive hop profile. || Karbach Hopadillo IPA, American IPA – 6.6% ABV – 65.0 IBU Karbach Brewing Co., Houston, TX. Copper in color with ruby highlights, this Texas IPA has a strong citrus aroma with hints of earthiness and spice from the added European hops. Light berry fruits are perceived before giving way to citrusy hop character. Dry and quenching, this IPA is dry-hopped for added aromatic intensity. || 5.25 Karbach Weisse Versa Wheat, Weissbier – 5.2% ABV – 20.0 IBU Karbach Brewing Co., Houston, TX. Sometimes, the obvious is ingenious. It might also settle the argument…the fantastic flavors found in a Bavarian hefeweizen? Or, the intriguing spices that a Belgian white embodies? Which is better? Turns out, both. At the same time. || Lagunitas New Dogtown Pale Ale, American Pale Ale – 6.2% ABV – 65.0 IBU Lagunitas Brewing Company, Petaluma, CA. We took our original brew – DogTown Pale Ale – and hybridized it with the Kill Ugly Radio, a 22oz seasonal we released commemorating the 40th anniversary of the release of Frank Zappa’s second album. The flavor was too good to let float in the abyss, so we revamped our original recipe and never looked back. || North Coast Old Rasputin, Russian Imperial Stout – 9.0% ABV – 75.0 IBU North Coast Brewing Co., Fort Bragg, CA. Produced in the tradition of 18th Century English brewers who supplied the court of Russia’s Catherine the Great, Old Rasputin seems to develop a cult following wherever it goes. It’s a rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish. || OAKED Arrogant Bastard Ale, Specialty Wood-Aged Beer – 7.2% ABV Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA. To celebrate the first anniversary of Arrogant Bastard Ale in 1998, we unleashed its big angry brother, Double Bastard Ale. Every November since then, the Double Bastard has been released in limited quantities. In 2004 Arrogant Bastard Ale and Double Bastard Ale got a third cohort when we released OAKED Arrogant Bastard Ale in 3 Litre bottles. 2006 marked the third year of OAKED Arrogant Bastard Ale, and a surprise – we crammed, forced, shoved and cajoled the OAKED Arrogant Bastard Ale into itty bitty tiny little 12oz bottles. It did not go willingly. Some Stone peeps got hurt. More emotionally, than physically, but it was definitely both. Well, here we are on our fourth year and we?ve got one more surprise… You?ll be able to get OAKED Arrogant Bastard Ale in sixpacks year ?round starting on August 20th, 2007! || Real Ale Firemans #4, Blonde Ale – 5.1% ABV – 23.0 IBU Real Ale Brewing, Blanco, TX. This refreshing blonde ale strikes a perfect balance between the smoothness of the malt, the subtle fruitiness of our house ale yeast, and zesty citrus notes from Crystal hops. Firemans #4 is a great way to beat the heat – enjoy it on a Texas summer day, or pair it with spicy foods to help put out the fire. The name comes from our good friends at Firemans Texas Cruzer, a local bike builder. || Real Ale Shade Grown Coffee Porter, Robust Porter – 5.6% ABV – 35.0 IBU Real Ale Brewing, Blanco, TX. A complex, malty dark beer with a lightly burnt character. || Stone Double Bastard 2015, American Strong Ale – 11.2% ABV – 100.0 IBU Stone Brewing Co., Escondido, CA. A strong ale with full malt and hop flavors and distinct bitterness. || Upslope Citra Pale Ale, American Pale Ale – 5.9% ABV – 55.0 IBU Upslope Brewing Company, Boulder, CO. A moderate, refreshing ale with noticeable hop aroma balanced by supporting malt flavors. || 5.0 Victory Helles Lager, Munich Helles – 4.8% ABV – 22.0 IBU Victory Brewing Company Downingtown, PA. here was a time when all beer tasted this good. Back when immigrant Brewmasters turned fresh malts and hops into liquid gold. Before big business lessened our precious beer with corn and rice. Having trained in Germany, we thirst for better beer. So, we brew better beer like this crisp, golden, helles-style lager. Brewed with patience from quality German malts and hops, it is a Victory for Your Taste! || 5.25 Victory Prima Pils, German Pils – 5.3% ABV – 23.0 IBU Victory Brewing Company, Downingtown, PA. Prima! It’s a German exclamation of joy. It’s a recognition of accomplishment. It’s what escaped from our lips the first time we sampled this mighty pilsner recipe. With heaps of whole flower European hops and fine German malts, we achieved the bracing herbal bite and smooth malt flavor that we sought. Prima an exclamation of Victory! Prost! || Victory Sour Monkey, Mixed-Fermentation Sour Beer – 9.5% ABV – 10.0 IBU Victory Brewing Company, Downingtown, PA. Sour Brett Tripel This electrifying transformation of our famed Golden Monkey may just blow your mind.
