First of all, I want to say that our server, Allen, was absolutely awesome. He was very attentive and had an excellent personality. The food was to die for. Four of us ordered 6 or 7 tapas and every one of them was delicious. As… ||| Toro has been on my NYC restaurant list for a while. I had good expectations, which sadly, came to an end the moment we sat down and order. Party of 4, only two of us had proper tapas while the other two shared the filete….
